How much do I actually make as a nurse in Germany, after paying for housing and living expenses?
The amount of salary you will get depends highly on which Federal State (Bundesland) of Germany you are living in, your qualification, your experience and your working time. The Bundesland where you will live will also affect how high your living costs will be, including housing.
In addition, the amount of your net salary (after paying all taxes) depends on your tax classification which plays an important role when calculating how much money you will be left with.
