How to upload a document?

How to upload a document?

You can upload a document by clicking on the red "Upload" icon on the top right of your Documents page. You will enter a document title and select what type of document you are uploading. We accept formats such as PDF, JPEG, PNG and DOC/DOCX. Please make sure the size of each file does not exceed 5MB.

These are the types of documents you can upload:

Qualification Documents:
  1. Nursing License
  2. Nurse Board Certificate
  3. PRC Board Rating (for candidates from the Philippines)
  4. Certificate of Employment
  5. CV/Resume
Education Documents:
  1. Diploma
  2. Statement of Hours/Credit
  3. Related Learning Experience
  4. Transcript of Records
Personal/Identification Documents:
  1. Passport
  2. Birth Certificate
  3. Marriage Certificate 
  4. Driver’s License
  5. Change of Name Certificate 
  6. Power of Attorney
Health/Medical Documents:
  1. Measles Certificate 
  2. Vaccine Book
  3. Covid Test
  4. Medical Certificate
Screening Requirements
  1. Background Check
  2. POEA E-Registration (for candidates from the Philippines)
  3. POES Certificate (for candidates from the Philippines)

Language Documents
  1. B2 Certificate
  2. B2 Exam Result
  3. B1 Exam Result
  4. B1 Certificate
