What are document hard copy bundles?

Hard Copy Bundles of your documents are a set of documents that are required for certain step of your journey for your Qualification Recognition application or your Visa.  You are first required to submit documents digitally through your CWC account. Once the documents are approved by the CWC Recruitment Team, you will be instructed to put together the original hard copies of those documents and take them through different steps. There are instructions to follow per Bundle.

There are 4 different Bundles:

  1. Bundle A - Documents required for your Qualification Recognition (QR or Defizitbescheid in German) application which need to be certified (or notarized), mailed to Germany, translated by the CWC Recruitment team, and then submitted to the German Authority. (Please note, there may be additional documents required for certain countries, check your account for the Document Collection Guide)
    1. Nursing License (Front/Back)
    2. Nurse Board Certificate
    3. Certificate of Employment
    4. Diploma
    5. Statement of Hours/Credit
    6. Related Learning Experience
    7. Transcript of Records
    8. Passport
    9. Birth Certificate
    10. Marriage Certificate (if married)
    11. Driver’s License (if applicable)
    12. Change of Name Certificate (if applicable)
  2. Bundle B - 3 Documents required to complete your Qualification Recognition application. The hard copies of these documents need to be mailed to Germany
    1. CV/Resume
    2. Power of Attorney
    3. QR Application Forms
  3. Bundle C - Documents that you are required to bring the original hard copies to Germany with you when you deploy
    1. Measles Certificate / Vaccine Book
    2. COVID Vaccine Certificate
    3. Background Check
    4. B1 or B2 Certificate
  4. ​Bundle D - Documents that the CWC Recruitment Team in Germany will send back to you in your home country. These are documents you need to bring with you to your Visa appointment. 
    1. Original Employment Contract
    2. QR Decision Letter 
    3. QR Course Letter
    4. Work Permit (Arbeitsmachtzulassung)
